What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders over $150.
All orders under $150 will have a $7 shipping charge for USPS Priority Mail and a $10 shipping charge for UPS Ground.
Packages are shipped via *USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. Shipping days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends. If you would like an order expedited, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.
If you wish to have your package shipped via UPS Ground please select that option at checkout. The shipping and handling charge for UPS Ground is $10. Please be advised that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
*Large orders may be shipped UPS Ground at our discretion. There is no additional charge. With packages that will not fit in your mailbox, we usually opt to ship UPS.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will not be charged any additional fees.
How long does it take to get my purchase?
We send your jewelry as soon as payment clears. After payment clears, we immediately ship via USPS mail and the jewelry arrives in approximately two to four days (longer for Alaska and Hawaii). If you need additional information or have a rush order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal (you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this option), or money order. Items are promptly shipped after payment verification.
How secure is the online credit card payment system you use?
Yahoo! uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time Yahoo! asks you for a credit card number on Yahoo! for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on Yahoo!, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four digits of your number. Pretty much what we are saying is that any payment using any method is safe on our website. We take extra measures to protect our customers and are always using the latest technology available.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Utah residents will be charged the requisite 6.6% state sales tax. This tax is not applicable to residents of other states.
Can I have my order sent as a gift?
Yes. Many of our customers send their purchases as gifts and we are well equipped to handle this request. We are proud of our complimentary custom Sparklecove boxes with a hand tied pink ribbon. We also offer for a nominal fee, customized Sparklecove gift cards in which we can write your personal message.
